These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vevo One marketplace. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Vevo One. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Your Account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Listings and Transactions
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including vehicle condition, pricing, and ownership. Vevo One facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the transactions themselves unless explicitly stated (for example, in-platform financing or rental payments).
Payments and Fees
Some features, such as subscription plans, financing applications, and rental bookings, may involve fees. Fees are disclosed before you complete a transaction, and payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post false or misleading listings, use the platform for fraud, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent our systems or security measures.
Disclaimers
Vevo One is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of other users, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vevo One is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the marketplace.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vevo One operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
